Empowering Yoga Flow for All
Join us on your mat to enjoy a fun and flowy yoga class set to a playlist of energizing and empowering tunes from the legendary women of rock!
This All-Levels Vinyasa class is appropriate for students with any level of yoga experience- from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Class will flow at a moderate pace and be set to some of our favorite songs from yesterday and today, with poses cued in both English and Sanskrit. Participants can expect to begin with mindfulness and grounding, then get moving through standing, balancing, and warrior sequences linked by vinyasa flows and movement cued to breath, ending with a relaxing savasana. Modifications will be suggested so participants can “come as you are, do what you can, and make it your own!”
