FESTIVAL 2024
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wild Women NEPA Festival 2024 (hereinafter "Festival"), is presented by The Ski Shack Enterprises Inc. (DBA “Ski Shack”) and will take place on Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm at LazyBrook Park in Tunkhannock, PA. By participating in the Festival, all attendees consent to the following:

Classes and workshops are on a first come, first served basis. Festival is held rain or shine. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that there are serious risks involved in the participation of physical activities and exercise at the Festival, including but not limited to dancing, yoga, hiking, drumming and massage. I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with the Festival, including injuries or accidents incurred before, during or after the Festival, arising from general use of the event venue, workshops, vendor services and grounds. I further release Ski Shack, its owners, instructors, teachers, agents, operators, affiliates, and staff for any injury or damage that may occur, whether foreseen, or unforeseen as a result of attending and/or participating in the Festival. I assume my own responsibility of physical fitness and capability to perform under the conditions of the classes and workshops offered during Festival. I understand that participating in group activities may expose me to illness, such as COVID-19, and acknowledge to follow CDC guidelines and socially distance, where possible. I acknowledge that I am financially responsible for any and all out-of-pocket costs associated with medical care incurred due to any injuries, allergic reactions or illness. I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings and that event organizers are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

Festival Behavior

I understand that weapons and glass containers are not permitted on Festival grounds. I agree that well-behaved dogs must remain on a leash at all times. I acknowledge and agree that disruptive or violent behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the Festival.

Photography & Videography Release

I understand that during the Festival I may be photographed or videotaped. I consent to having my photo and/or video taken and agree to allow Wild Women NEPA and its affiliates to use the same for promotional purposes, without restrictions, and for any purpose. Unauthorized commercial photography or audio/video recording at the Festival is prohibited. Special requests can be made to WildWomenNEPA@gmail.com.

Force Majeure Clause

I understand that if an event occurs that is outside of human control and is unpredictable and unpreventable, such as a natural disaster (floods, storms, earthquakes, etc) terrorism, or a wide spread virus that appears as a threat, or a pandemic, or other acts that fall under Forced Majeure, Ski Shack and Wild Women NEPA will not be held responsible for reimbursements or other associated costs.
