Jennifer uses guided meditation, and questions requiring journaling, and breakout sessions to assist attendee’s in discovering more aspects about themselves.

We will gather together in a circle to open our voices and sing simple songs that invite us into deep presence and connection. The session will open with vocal toning to help us tune into the womb-throat connection. Singing is an ancestral practice that helps us to unlock our throat chakras and to send uniquely designed healing vibrations throughout our entire energetic system. This circle is for all singing experience levels, and is an opportunity to open your voice in a safe and guided container.

A Tea + Breath ceremony for the woman who carries the weight of her family, her business, her community, and needs a sacred pause to simply be held.

Entering the sanctuary of the earth temple, we’ll gather with music, tea, prayer, guided breathwork, and a meditation journey to create a holy experience where heaven and earth meet within the altar space of her heart.

Here, she will be reminded that she does not have to carry the world in her nervous system. The earth can hold her. Heaven can hold her. She is free to release, soften, and reconnect with the light within that allows life to move through her again.
