Latha Jay
Keynote Speaker
Latha Jay is where science meets soul. A magnetic blend of modern mystic and manifestation maven, she’s the kind of woman who can quote neuroscience while leading a cacao ceremony. She’s deeply spiritual and wildly strategic — the coach, teacher, and creator women didn’t know they needed until they hear her speak.
Latha turns shadow work into a sacred art, manifestation into a method, and self-development into a lifestyle. Whether she’s leading a Journey Group session or stepping onto a stage, her message is clear: You are powerful, and it’s time to live like it.

Dr. Tanya Berfield
The Prescription: A Somatic + Sacred Experience for Women
She looks fine. She is functioning. But she cannot remember the last time she actually felt like herself. This workshop is for her.
Emotional ER brings together somatic practice, oracle cards, and structured reflection to give the nervous system what it has been waiting for. Permission to set something down. Somatic practice just means we work with the body, not around it. Breath, movement, sensation. No experience needed. Nothing you can do wrong. We regulate together, we pull cards together, and then each woman goes inward to do her own work. No performance. No pressure. Just presence.
Every woman leaves with a handwritten prescription. Her word. Her next step. A commitment to herself that she wrote with her own hand.
This is not a workshop where you take notes and go home the same. It is a space for women to finally say the thing out loud, together. This is a space built for women who don't usually let themselves be seen. You will not be asked to perform, overshare, or hold it together. You are safe here. And you will not leave empty handed.

Practicing the Pause: Nervous‑System Reset for Caregivers
Caregiving shows up in countless forms — mothering, partnering, supporting aging parents, holding space for clients, running a business, leading a team, nurturing friendships, tending to pets, and carrying the invisible emotional labor women shoulder every day. Whether you formally identify as a caregiver or simply feel like you’re the one who keeps things moving, this session is for you.
In this restorative workshop, we’ll name the real challenges caregivers face — guilt or resentment, losing your sense of self, feeling pulled in multiple directions, and the exhaustion of fight‑flight‑freeze activation — while also recognizing the strengths you already bring to these roles. Through accessible psychoeducation, reflective journaling, and guided discussion, you’ll identify your top stressors, reframe limiting beliefs, and explore micro‑practices that help you regulate your nervous system and reclaim a sense of control where you can.
We’ll end with a grounding meditation designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner steadiness — offering a full‑body reset in the midst of everything you carry. Come as you are. Leave more regulated, more resourced, and more empowered.

Break the Page: Reclaiming Your Voice Through Found Words
This workshop uses found language as a practice of returning to our voice, intuition, and inner clarity. Working with existing printed text, participants are invited to uncover meaning by selecting and shaping words that resonate, allowing a personal poem to emerge from what is already there.
Rather than beginning with a blank page, we'll begin with what is given—mirroring the natural world’s own process of layering, revealing, and transformation. In this way, our voice becomes something we work with rather than something we force, opening space for attention, reflection, and intuitive choice.
We will begin with a grounding practice to settle into presence and intuition. From there, participants will be guided through creating their own found-word poem, focusing on attention, intuition, and noticing what surfaces when we give ourselves permission to slow down.
No writing experience is needed. This is a welcoming space for anyone seeking reflection, creative expression, and reconnection with their voice.

Together, we’ll uncover the lessons held within these myths and reflect on how they can illuminate our own lives, relationships, and choices today. By connecting with the strength, wisdom, and complexity of mythic figures, we’ll create space to reclaim our own power, deepen our self-trust, and cultivate greater clarity and agency.

Through observation, reflection, and imagination, we’ll explore the world through our senses — sight, sound, scent, touch, and taste — and discover the stories waiting to be written.
Whether you’re a seasoned poet, a curious beginner, or somewhere in between, you’re invited to bring your curiosity and an open heart. Together, we’ll put pen to paper, create poetry, and leave with a finished piece — along with plenty of inspiration for poems yet to come.
